Dr. Rebecca “Becky” Dueben is the founder of Education in Evolution and an experienced leader in strategic planning, faculty development, organizational effectiveness, and executive coaching. A retired faculty member in WSU’s Center for Transformational Learning and Leadership, she holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration.
Becky works with leaders, faculty, and teams in mission-driven organizations. Her consulting and coaching focus on strategy, leadership development, faculty growth, transformational learning, and inclusive, high-performing environments. Known for her thoughtful, evidence-informed, and collaborative approach, Becky helps clients clarify priorities, navigate complexity, strengthen leadership, and translate ideas into action. Through planning, facilitation, and coaching, she helps clients advance, strengthen teams, and foster learning, engagement, and innovation.
